Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with all original tags attached
- returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- items marked as final sale
- custom or made-to-order pieces
- worn, altered, or damaged items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiries@adamarisofficial.com with photos. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
